However, when I click on the 'E-mail this user' link, I get a message that says: 'This user has not specified a valid e-mail address, or has chosen not to receive e-mail from other users."

Oh. Well, it's broken again, and in the very same way, too. I give up.
 
I think this site has amazing potential and it is a fine idea. However, the number of things that are broken or out of order around here suggest that you have done little or no user testing before making the site live.  I have used many wikis, and all without problems. But this one - oh my gosh! - it's the digital equivalent of a building with 'out of order' signs all over the place. Good luck with it. I hope you get it straightened out one day.
