Thomas W. Strahan died on November 13, 2003 leaving a legacy of accomplishments which continue to enrich and inform many.

An attorney and civil rights activist, Strahan eventually began to focus his substantial skills as a scholar on the study and summary of all academic literature pertaining to the issue of abortion's impact on women, men, and society.

This research was shared and distributed with other scholars through his work Detrimental Effects of Abortion: An Annotated Bibliography With Commentary which included over 1200 entries and numerous summary articles of the literature on abortion.

With the permission of his estate, his work is now being made more readily accessible to the public through this website. In addition, researchers and students are invited to continue his legacy through contributions to this website which will continually expand on his bibliography as new works are published.
